They played at Reading and Leeds

The tour announcement comes just a month after the English rock band performed at the Reading and Leeds Festival in August.

It was their first performance in the UK for years and fans went wild at the headlining gig, which saw the band play some of their greatest hits.

Do I Wanna Know?, I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor and The Car’s next track, I Ain’t Quite Where I Think I Am, are just a few of the songs they’ve played.

They even came back for an encore, singing One Point Perspective, Arabella and RU Mine?, and repeated the set in Reading and Leeds.

Fans are going crazy for the upcoming tour on Twitter.
