American music has always been a favorite of many. Similar was the case with the Italians. To prove it, Italian singer Adriano Celentano released a song in the 70s with absurd lyrics. However, it was meant to sound like American English. The goal behind this release was to prove that Italians would love any American song. The song turned out to be a hit. Singaporean artistic director Tham Khai Meng took to his official Twitter account and shared a snippet of the song.

The 1 minute 42 second clip shows dancers showing off their moves as the singer can be seen singing their way to fame. The video went viral on social media with over 5 million views. See for yourself:

“It exploded quickly and reached number 1 in Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden,” Tham wrote.
People can be seen retweeting the tweet with their own captions. “ngl the melody is an absolute banger so i can see why,” one person wrote. Another person wrote: “I’m an English speaker and this is exactly how every English song sounds to me before I look up and read the lyrics. lol audio processing.”
