Rock band Kiss launched their spirits brand, Drink It Up, in the United States after selling more than 100,000 bottles in Europe, Japan and Australia.

Drink It Up by Kiss is a collaboration between the group, their licensing agent, Epic Rights, and award-winning spirits producer Brands for Fans.

Brands For Fans is a Swedish company operating in a global market, working in the production, marketing and sale of beverages produced with artists, propagating a form of “liquid merchandise”. The company’s brands include Candlemass, Ghost, HammerFall, In Flames, Jonas Åkerlund, Judas Priest, Kiss, Motörhead, Ozzy Osbourne, Scorpions, Slayer and Sungen.

The line includes a Premium Distilled Cold Gin, Black Diamond Premium Dark Rum, Detroit Rock Premium Dark Rum, and a new Limited Edition Ultra Premium Dark Rum Monstrum, ranging from US $ 33.99 to US $ 159.99.

Paul Stanley, founding member of Kiss, said of the group’s spirits brand: “From Monstrum to Cold Gin, we wanted every spirit in the portfolio to reflect the energy of our group. We didn’t just stick a label on and call it a day, we’re proud to say that every bottle of Drink It Up By To kiss portfolio has been carefully organized and each unique spirit has earned its name.

Kiss Black Diamond Premium Dark rum has a marked woody character according to its creators, thanks to the rum’s 15-year barrel aging process, leading to a slightly spicy finish. Kiss Detroit Rock Premium Dark Rum pays homage to the hit song Detroit Rock City and is bottled at 45% volume with a clear cask finish.

Kiss Monstrum Ultra Premium Dark Rum derives its name from the Latin word meaning “monster”. Rum is aged in barrels over 14 years old and contains no added sugar or flavor.

As a tribute to KISS’s iconic 1974 song and the band’s hometown of New York, here is the Kiss Premium Distilled Cold Gin. It’s a product of the five-step distillation process, with classic gin tones like juniper, citrus and herbs coming out on the palate.

The wallet will be available to U.S. consumers from November 15 in 25 states.

In other news, rock legend Mick Jagger grabbed some beer at a local bar and no one realized it was him. He visited the Thirsty Beaver Saloon in Charlotte, North Carolina, the day before the Stones concert in the city.

“Out and about last night in Charlotte, NC.” Jagger captioned a photo of himself sipping a beer outside the bar.

Remarkably, however, Jagger apparently went unnoticed in the bar, although people appearing in the background of the singer’s Twitter post apparently had tickets to the band’s concert the following night.
